FAQs
What are the products made from?
All our products are 3D printed by us in the UK, using PLA (Poly-lactic Acid) which is a plant based material.
How do I care for my products?
You can clean your 3D printed items with warm soapy water.
How long until I receive my products?
Processing times vary depending on the order. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 days. Please note that some items are made to order and will take longer to dispatch. We will be in contact with you regarding dispatch time if you have ordered a custom item or a made to order item.
What are your shipping costs?
Our shipping is set at a flat rate of £5 for postage and packing. Our orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48.
Can I collect?
We offer collection from us at our address in Maidstone or at a local event if we have one coming up.
Do you accept custom or personalised orders?
Yes, we do! We will do our best to accommodate your request and if we can make it, we will. Feel free to request and we will get back to you. Most of our products are licensed to us by amazing designers and we will consult with them or seek out designs if requested.
We are happy to accommodate requests for specific colours or sizes.
Please be aware that custom or personalised orders are produced specifically to your requirements and therefore are non-refundable unless the item is found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt. Once a custom order has been placed and production started, it can not be modified or cancelled. (This does not apply to colour requests, we are happy to restock these as long as they remain in an unused and undamaged condition).
Why has my parcel has arrived in a different branded box?
We try our best to reduce waste and minimise packaging. We invest time and effort into reusing as much as we possibly can and minimising our packaging impact and carbon footprint.
You may find your products arrive in a box that has been previously used. We believe re-using is one of the best ways to reduce our packing impact. We upcycle and reuse all our packaging from our suppliers and more. This includes boxes, bubble wrap and other fillings for our packages.
If you do find you have plastic packaging in your parcel, please be assured this has been re-used and not bought in specifically to package our goods. We in turn hope you will reuse or recycle the packaging where possible. This reduces our impact on the environment.
